Born in Bellevue, Washington on February 10th 1990, Ankur Jain is the son of the founder and chief executive officer of Intelius Inc, Naveen Jain, and his wife Anu Jain, the vice president of the company’s community relations. Currently attending the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, he is expected to finish his studies in 2011.
Ankur Jain is the founder of the Kairos Society. Following the example of his parents, who are dedicated humanitarians, Ankur Jain formed the nonprofit organization to assist undergraduate entrepreneurs in generating business innovations that can create a worldwide impact.
Ankur Jain has also taken part in various ventures. Ankur Jain was one of the 80 students who got the chance to participate in the Singularity Summer Program at the NASA Ames campus, Silicon Valley. He was an AEA Private Equity analyst in Hong Kong for an entire summer, as well as a Youth Legislative Advisory Council board member for the Washington State, as appointed by Gov. Chris Gregoire.
Ankur Jain is currently a Weiss Technology House Innovation Fund Board Member. The Technology House is a student-manned institution encouraging and supporting campus students in creating, developing and commercializing innovative technologies.
